Located in the heart of the Historic District in downtown Abingdon, Rain Restaurant & Bar has been on the forefront of Abingdon's dining scene since opening it's doors in the fall of 2010.  Privately owned and operated by Owner/Executive Chef Ben Carroll, Rain delivers  high quality, well prepared meals and excellent service with a generous side ofsouthern hospitality to all of our guests.  Featuring artwork from local Abingdon artists Shawn Crookshank and D.R.
